35 days before departure you will receive an invoice for the final amount by email.

Minimum number of participants: 4

If we have less than 4 registered participants 10 days before departure, the trip will be canceled, if we have an available spot on another trip, you will be offered to join that, or get your money back.

On our trips, we have a lower age limit of 14 years, and if you are between 14-18, you must have a parent with you.

Food and meals along the way

On our trips, everyone contributes to the operation of the boat, and the cooking goes on tour

(does not apply to skis & sail trips, as the captain / crew cooks).

We set up a menu, and choose each day what suits best in relation to the schedule and activities that day.

If you have allergies, report this to us in advance and we will try our best to take this into account (possibly ask you to buy things you need yourself).

We try to add up to 1 meal at a local restaurant on each trip, this meal is not included in the price.

Otherwise breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in the price, and of course we also have coffee, tea, cocoa, juice, snacks and fruit.

Unless otherwise stated in the program, there is breakfast, lunch and dinner on board the boat or out in nature.

what should i bring with me?

Before departure, we will send you a list of equipment with all the information about what you need to bring on the trip.

PS: pack in a backpack or bag, not a suitcase! We do not have space to store suitcases inside the boat.

travel conditions

When ordering, you will receive an email from us that you must read through, when paying, you accept the travel conditions.

travel insurance // cancellation // illness

We recommend you to have your own travel insurance, this should also cover a possible cancellation of a trip.
You are insured against accidents that may occur on board the boat through our P&I insurance.

In case of cancellation, we need written notice from you. You should contact your insurance company for a refund. They often need a doctor's statement and a confirmation from us on how much you have paid.

If it is less than 30 days to departure, we do not refund the tour fee.

Safety

We take safety seriously and have all the necessary safety equipment on board.
You will receive training in this on day 1 and preferably before departure.
Should an emergency arise, you have received the necessary safety training.
We will try to teach you as much as possible about the whole boat, we hope to take you on a trip as a participant and not just a passenger. Then both parties get a better and safer experience.

ski & sail

The ski & sail tours are in collaboration with professional IFMGA certified guides.
On board the boat you are our responsibility and as you leave the boat with a guide you are their responsibility.
